a rare smile

They say to smile when you are feeling low. It’s supposed to help.

For The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge,  Rare, and daily prompt, Eyes.

It works like a charm in my counseling office. Just smiling at my clients seems to put them at ease and help relax them so they can talk freely.

Forcing a smile on your face is supposed to lift your mood. I’m okay. Thank you. Hope your gloomy cloud will go away soon. 😊

I have no reason to have a gloomy cloud except my mind tormenting me, making me feel guilt over that as well, thank you 💕💝💕

Remember to breathe in, breathe out. Sometimes, that’s all I’m capable of doing…😉

  7. Forcing a smile to lift your mood actually does work. I think the doglike part of our brains says, “Oh, look! I’m smiling — I must be happy!” Breathing helps, too. Which is why jogging and singing are great activities to take up if you are feeling blue. Love you, dear grrrrrrrrl.

  11. Assuming this is you (is it ?), if the other half of your face is as happy as the one we can see you would light up any darkness of any kind anywhere. thank you for confirming you’re eveything I imagined you were. Anton
