In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Re-springing Your Step.”

Maybe, because I live in isolation…

Talking to friends, laughing,

Feeling loved,

Meeting people, socializing,

Not too much, just enough,

I don’t want to feel awkward.

 

A good balance of adrenaline rush and repose,

That gives me a healthy push to leap.

 

胸騒ぎとか動揺、

そして、落ち着き、静寂、

その調和が保たれる時、

元気になれる。
